Our return policy is very simple. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, we will be glad to refund your money. Claims for refunds must be made within 30 days from purchase of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Gift Wrapping cost is not refundable. Special orders are subjected to 15% restocking fee.
